I completely agree with him about the first rule: You need a lot of passion for what you're doing because if it's so hard you'll go to give up.And that's what happens to most people, actually.Instead the second rule...I think he has been very lucky man ,he has surrounded himself with smart people and above all loyal people.It seems so difficult!!!
